Problem Statement
The doctor registration process required extensive credentialing information—licenses, specializations, certificates—which made the onboarding experience overwhelming. Many doctors abandoned the process midway due to the complexity and lack of flexibility to save progress.
My Role
UI/UX Designer Intern at Eastencher Software Pvt. Ltd. Designed the doctor onboarding experience from scratch, focusing on reducing friction while ensuring all necessary verification steps were completed.
Solution
Designed a modular, multi-step registration flow that breaks the credentialing process into logical phases: personal details, professional info, document uploads, and verification. Added progress persistence, document upload previews, and clear status indicators for each verification step.
