Problem Statement
Patients needed a mobile-friendly way to manage their healthcare journey—booking appointments, viewing prescriptions, tracking health vitals, and communicating with doctors. The existing system was desktop-only and not accessible on the go.
My Role
UI/UX Designer Intern at Eastencher Software Pvt. Ltd. Designed the patient-facing mobile application screens, focusing on creating an intuitive, accessible experience for users of all ages and technical abilities.
Solution
Designed a clean, card-based mobile interface with a clear bottom navigation structure. The home screen provides quick access to upcoming appointments, recent prescriptions, and health metrics. Used large touch targets, clear typography, and calming healthcare-appropriate colors to create a reassuring user experience.
