Problem Statement
Doctors at healthcare facilities were juggling multiple tools to manage patient records, appointments, and clinical notes. The fragmented workflow led to wasted time, context-switching fatigue, and potential errors in patient care documentation.
My Role
UI/UX Designer Intern at Eastencher Software Pvt. Ltd. Designed the complete doctor-facing interface for both web and mobile platforms, collaborating closely with developers and domain experts to understand clinical workflows.
Solution
Created a unified dashboard that consolidates patient lists, appointment schedules, medical records, and clinical notes into a single, intuitive interface. Used a sidebar navigation pattern for web and bottom-tab navigation for mobile, ensuring quick access to critical functions with minimal clicks.
