Designed end-to-end patient onboarding screens and flows for healthcare mobile and web applications at Eastencher Software.
Problem Statement
New patients faced a lengthy, confusing registration process across the healthcare platform. The lack of clear progress indicators and medical jargon led to high drop-off rates during onboarding, especially among elderly and less tech-savvy users.
My Role
UI/UX Designer Intern at Eastencher Software Pvt. Ltd. Responsible for designing the complete patient onboarding flow across mobile and web, from initial research to final handoff to developers.
Solution
Designed a step-by-step wizard with clear progress indicators, plain-language labels, and smart form grouping. Added contextual help tooltips, auto-save functionality, and a minimal number of required fields per step to reduce cognitive load and drop-off.
